I lived and worked in Cattaraugus and Allegany County for most of my life, and presently live and work in Steuben County.
Over my life time: I obtained years of non-professional home inspection experience, years of construction experience, 3 college degrees, 100 hours of home inspection instruction, and individual classroom instruction in Home Wiring, Surveying, and Heavy Equipment Operation.
With my knowledge and experience, it was only a natural progression from my previous business and work direction toward home and commercial building inspection.
As a NACHI member, I augment my knowledge with NACHI's Inspection Course and Roofing Course. This doesn't included the books read and mandatory 18 hours of continuing education needed to fulfil my NACHI membership requirement. In other words: My knowledge and experience will continue to increase as new building techniques and materials are developed for the building industry.
